Colleen Tweed Wong is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an affection forsupporting and empowering individuals through self-compassion and uncovering resilience.

She has worked in maternal mental health research at UC Davis and specializes in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, certified by Postpartum Support International. Over years of practice, she has embraced an additional role of supporting intentionally and unintentionally single individuals. Whether someone is single longer than intended, attempting to cope with modern dating, coming out of a long-term relationship, or embracing the unpartnered lifestyle, she helps her clients improve their relationships with themselves and cultivate more intentional lives.

A feminist with a slightly rebellious spirit, Colleen promotes equality and self empowerment, creating a supportive and non-judgmental space for her clients (of all genders). Friendly, but occasionally irreverent, she offers support, insight, and psychoeducation. She has psychology degrees from UC Davis (BA, minor human development, art history, and religious studies) and CSU Sacramento (MA, School of Psychology).

Outside of her practice, Colleen enjoys attending concerts and indulging in fine dining, believing in the power of music, art, creativity, and good food to nourish the soul.
