We accept private pay clients, as well as the following types of insurance.

Please note: each provider accepts different insurance.

Aetna, HealthNet, MHN, SutterSelect & Sutter Health Plus, Optum, United Health Care, United Behavioral Health, EAP (Employee Assistance Programs) through MHN, Kaiser of Northern California, Blue Cross of California.

Appointments

Appointments are required for counseling sessions and should be made by contacting the provider of your choice.

Before You Come

Sacramento Therapy Alliance is wheelchair accessible. Registered Service, Support and Companion Dogs are welcome with prior notice provided. We do not provide childcare services.

Please have your paperwork completed before you come and arrive 10 minutes early prior to your first appointment.
